I’m a fourth-generation construction professional, but nothing was handed to me. In my early 20s, I co-founded K&P Exteriors with zero formal business training — just grit, curiosity, and a relentless drive to figure things out in the field.

We scaled that company to $20M+ in annual revenue and eventually sold it to a Berkshire Hathaway construction group. The journey wasn’t clean. We made mistakes. Hired the wrong people. Missed bids. But we learned fast — and we built something real.

Today, I’m building again — this time with Eagle Crest Construction. We partner with top GCs and developers across Colorado to deliver high-quality exteriors, siding, roofing, and windows with integrated scopes, lean timelines, and a culture-first team. In just four years, we’re tracking toward $30M+ in revenue.

But I’m not just building for myself.
